Do you recall where you have Saved your eMail Broadcast CRM program? If can't recall Click here

If you remembered where you have "Save in" continue to step 1:
If you have save it on your "DeskTop" simply just click on "eMail Broadcast" icon at your DeskTop and skip below installation guide.

Step 1. To install your downloaded eMail Broadcast CRM Program On desktop your task bar, Click start, Program and click Windows Explorer

Step 2. Depending where you have saved your downloaded eMail Broadcast program you will have to look for the folder that you have save it in (no the left)

Above example, you have save it in "My Documents" folder and the file is: MailsBroadcast_Personal_Setup.EXE

To install your eMail Broadcast CRM program. Double Click on the file MailsBrocast_Personal_Setup.EXE and the program will automatically install itself.

Important:
If below message dialog box appear during installation saying tha "An Error occurred" Click ignore because your Windows OS have a newer version of msado21
Click Ignore when this appear--error occured registering msado21

If you can't recall where you have saved
your downloaded eMail Broadcast CRM program

Step 1. Find
To find your downloaded eCRM program
A - Click Start
B - Click Find
C - Click Files or Folders

Step 2. Find File
Note: Win ME may look a bit different but it still uses the same principle to find your file.

D - Look in: C: or D or E or where you think you have save it

E - Name: MailsBroadcast_Personal_Setup.EXE Or fill in the name of the edition you have downloaded

F - Click Find Now

Step 3. File Found
G - Found: MailsBroadcast_Personal_Setup.EXE
To install it, double click on it and it will automatically be installed into your PCs with a start-up icon on your desktop.

H - If more than one file is found, just scroll around to find MailsBroadcast_Personal_Setup.EXE
