Export data function generates runtime error
Runtime Error # 1000076 - Path not found This error is generated while exporting to TEXT, CSV or MS Access file. The system is using NTFS and all the systems on our LAN is protected by anti-virus scanning and no viruses have been detected. Export just does not work. Clinic Doctor - Runtime Error # 1000076 - Path not found means simply that the directory cannot be found--It is possible that server settings is preventing machine connected to the LAN from writhing to any directory without permission. Remedy: Try writing to a file that is free (not blocked) for general use or set-up a new directory that is 100% free without restrictions or for machine that cannot boot-up without the server running--check for settings that does not allow machine connected to the LAN to write to any directory without permission. Alternatively, try bounce email manager on a stand alone machine (not network) or on a machine that can boot-up without the server running (freeware version cannot export more than 100 emails).
Clinic Doctor - Installation problem like error during move data process Component shared DLLs files\Windows\System32\MSADO15.DLL is cause by uninstalling unwanted programs and some shared Dll's was deleted in the process. Remedy: Click here to download another version of bouncemail manger that contains those missing dll's - Alternatively you can reinstall your "Window" OS.
Can I use a 28.8 dial-up modem to retrieve bounced emails?

Clinic Doctor - Illegal operation are usually caused by the PCs running too many program (multi-tasking) with insufficient RAM and Windows running low on system resources. Remedy: Close all unnecessary running programs by pressing down both Ctrl and Alt key at the same time and press the Delete key (you may let-go-off the Ctrl and Alt key now). Then use your mouse and high-light unnecessary program (one at a time) and click the End Task button, you may need to repeat this process to close all unnecessary program.
The only program that should not be shut-down is
the: Explorer Shutting down any opened program will not harm your PCs because when you re-boot, everything will revert back to originally where it was.

However, it may be able to run on Win98 SE provided that you have installed a newer version 6.0 IE (Internet Explorer and above) because it comes with the latest ODBC files (Windows data source that manage information).

Clinic Doctor - The upper end of speed of bounce retrieval should be more that 4,000 mails per hour and speed of retrieval is not due to the program--because it can process bounce as fast as the bounce email are input. The normal cause of inconsistent speed is due to the type of "bandwidth" connection like: ADSL, DSL, ISDN, Cable, Network, etc. Mail server throughput, Internet throughput, connection throughput and connection method--"not necessary in that order"--and could be due to any one or a combination of factors. |

Clinic Doctor - Sending email through your ISPs email server--the "Outgoing Mail SMTP" means that your ISPs have allocated a storage area specifically for your (email domain) emails to be stored there and then relayed out via their mail server to the recipient. Therefore, they must give you some kind of "ID", password and SMTP mail server for you to access it. If you are using your own PCs as a mail server, then you don't need to make use of your ISPs SMTP mail server (to store and relay your email messages), because you will be sending them to your mail server program residing in your system (PCs) to be relayed out directly to the recipient mailbox and bypass your ISP mail server. Clinic Doctor - It is due to some recurrent bounce--because some email server makes multiple attempts to deliver "undeliverable" email and send a bounce notification each time they can't be delivered. Or the recurrence is due to your database having the same recipient email address and was sent twice or more--check your database. Or the recurrence is due to the recipient having a few different email addresses in your database that they have forwarded to "another" email address that got bounced--due to mailbox full, busy, mail server time-outs, etc.

"Run-time" error messages is to keep the user informed that some conflicts
have occurred while in between "state of processing" a command between the program and
some other program running at the same time (multi-tasking) that interface
that requires shared DLL files to compete with each other when the OS is
busy handling more than one application that causes the program or windows
to report errors when the OS is busy. |

I am unable to install MailsBroadcast eCRM .
Clinic Doctor - It is cause by not uninstalling the program first before re-installing it and due conflicts with some corrupted dynamic links files, residing in the system, which were not overwritten during the re-installation process or due to "bad sectors". Remedy: To avoid residue dynamic files "conflicts"--you need to uninstall the program, then "manually" check-out and delete any residue program folder/files etc. and reinstall the program. It would be a good idea to do a scan-disk and de-fragmentation of your hard-drive first before re-installing the program. Or, the program could be corrupted--download another copy.
Can I run MailsBroadcast over our Local Area Network? .
Clinic Doctor - Bounce eMail Manager is a stand-alone application because the program "mail object" need to access the Internet POP3 mail server--which could not be done over the network. However, the bounce email database can be exported to a client-server MSSQL network but not via TCP/IP.
Can I upgrade to a higher version? .
Clinic Doctor - If the upgrade is within one year from the date of purchase, you will be entitled to an upgrade discount. Otherwise, you need to pay the full purchase price, because each edition comes with its own stand-alone operation system files.

Clinic Doctor - The email server could be "down", busy, etc., or due to invalid characters like: / } ] #%+!~?, wrong user ID, password, etc. Check the program log file for diagnostic error report. Remedy: Try using your regular mail client to test send and retrieve some mails.

I often get disconnected from my ISP while broadcasting?
Clinic Doctor - Being disconnected halfway can be due to various problem from modem to ISP server, Internet peak-hour congestion or ISPs mail server is busy/down etc. Or if you are using ADSL, it may look likes being disconnection--but in actual fact, the modem is hanging (stalled) or perhaps due to "idle time-out" or idle disconnect settings in the dial-up client software that causes it or affected by line noise interference. Remedy: Try to keep the modem from possible source of interference like: handphone, speakers, loose power point connection, etc. Try with your firewall disconnected or perhaps update your modem driver.
When I scroll the database the program "pause" retrieving mails?
Clinic Doctor - Yes. The program cannot handle too many tasks at the same time therefore it is best to avoid conflicts that may cause the program to "hang or crash". The program will “pause” the retrieval of bounced if you are scrolling the database very fast. Try using the key-board down arrow button for scrolling and you will notice that the "pause" will be hardly noticeable.
What's the reason for bounce having No email address found

version of Mail Daemon Perhaps the system administrator feels that the "old" mail server system is running well and don't need to "fiddle" with it.

Checking message 345of 948 means that the program is retrieving the 345th bounced mail out of a total of 948 bounced mails residing in the mail server and... Attempt:1 or 2 or 3 means that; while in session with the mail server for message 345--it got disconnected and the program makes another Attempt: 2 to continue the session and after... Attempt: 3 and fails--it will move-on to the next 346th mail and again if it fails--it will attempt to reconnect to the mail server and display a log message: Connecting to mail server--the above process is repeated (if still unable to connect, the program move-on to the next account) if the connection is successful and the same problem persists (unable to connect)--it will skip that particular mail server and move-on to the next account and if.... The next account is also having the same problem--usually this problem occurs when the mail server is busy, down, line-drop, network congestion etc.--the program move-on to the next account and so on--hence, all those log report of Error Attempt Your program "Help" file includes detail info on log file error report? |

I keep getting recurrent bounced even thought I have stopped
Clinic Doctor - Some email servers makes repeated attempts to deliver an undeliverable email every few hours for weeks or months--(an automated process) without knowing that the original recipient is no longer available or account closed--(perhaps overlooked by the system administrator) and with each failed delivery attempt--the mail server send a "delivery failure" report--hence, all that recurrent bounced for days and months even after you have stopped mailing to that address.
Why do I get this log message, while still connected

depending on where your mail server is located--the
international gateway, routers, relays,
exchanges, lines, DNS locater system, etc., to your mail servers (overseas,

program is checking mail--it will "PING" both the mail server and
